Shipping policy
Please note, as we work to continue to keep our community and our workers safe, we've implemented additional measures which may cause a slight delay. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours.
We ship our products to most destinations around the world. The free shipping offer for orders over $50 applies only to orders within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We ship using USPS Priority Mail for all orders over $50 for shipments within the United States.
Shipping costs for destinations outside the United States will be calculated at checkout. We offer both USPS and FedEx shipping methods for all orders.
Most orders received by noon, Pacific Time on normal operating days will be shipped out same day. With the exception of inclement weather or unusually high order volume, orders will be shipped out by the end of the next business day at the latest.
We ship using USPS Priority Mail for all orders over $50. USPS Priority Mail usually takes between 1-3 business days for delivery. If you need an order to arrive by a certain day, please give us a call so we can make arrangements for quicker delivery to accommodate your schedule.
